Real Estate Professionals with listings or that work in a brokerage with contractual obligations to Sellers (Listings) have an inherent conflict-of-interest. They can not provide an AGENT / AGENCY relationship protecting the buyers interest without the potential of harming their repationship with Sellers.

In a Buyers ONLY Brokerage the Broker and Buyer Agents are truly dedicated to the Buyers interest. In turn, this “buyer’s only environment” fosters the transparency and loyalty required to be a Buyers Agent.
